Wet Wire Drawing Machine

-Wet wire drawing can be graded up to 0,75 mm by pulling gradually by means of steel-coated carbide coated rollers entering the machine at thickness of 2,25 mm.
 
-The rolling process is done in teh water pool, the wire is dried at the pool outlet when the air is passing through the rotary dryer. At the entrance and exit there are air dry rotary rolling.
 
-The 75 kW traction motor on it allows the machine to run at a line speed of 18 meters per second.
 
-At the exit of the pool, the wire harvester is wound around the captain and the accumulator.
 
-The machine has been designed in accordance with work safety.
